She has said before, "I don't know how to answer questions and don't like to take pictures. Then why did she appear in ? "Because I love to eat," she answered. Love Eating Simple Foods From Maggie's first entrance to show business, we have known that she truly loves to eat. Take-out orders such as pancake, chips, french toast, and hotdogs have not escaped her delectable grasp. "Eating is a happy thing. I'm satisfied with just eating a simple piece of buttered bread." Her taste in cuisine are not high. "I don't have high tastes in food. My favorites are bread and lunch-boxes. Because they are simple. No preparation beforehand. No clean-up afterwards." Maggie said as her workload increased over the years, the main need in food is convenience. Eating bread, she prefers 'bo-lor bao' (pineapple bun) and white bread with butter. A sandwich with an egg added to it is already a bother to her. "I'm afraid of fuss. Even with food. That is why I rarely go into a kitchen or look for a famous restaurant to eat. As long as it fills my stomache." Eating is a Form of Communication Therefore when asked about Maggie's favorite restaurants, eating habits, her standard replies are, "No problem! Whatever! I don't know!" Yet, if you find a food she enjoyed, she would professionally tell which ones are the best and those that are not. As for her favorite beef teriyaki, she replied, "There's no one as good as Japanese Chung House!" As for eating spicy foods, she said, "Hong Kong's spicy dishes aren't spicy enough. The best is still my distant uncle's own spicy recipe." When asked about her favorite bread, she told us with great confidence, "Bread with butter are life's pleasures. To eat the best, you have to know which bread and which butter to use!" Only a connosieur and lover of food would know. When Maggie really wants to eat, she can spend more than 3 to 4 hours over one meal. There is only one reason why. "Eating is a form of communication. Everyone is gathered around eating a specific type of food. Discussing whether it is good or not is already a topic. I'm always busy at work and don't go out to eat too often. But if I have time, I could spend three to four hours enjoying one meal."
