did ICAC ever made? how come i can't find the series at the shop?

Every 2 or 3 years TVB releases ICAC Investigators tele-movies. Maggie's part is one episode of ICAC 2004 (the whole set consists of 4 episodes w/ different title/case). Try search for VCD under movie title instead of tv series.
