Don't worry. Look at the bright side. You will have M for you alone. Wow! That is once in a life time opportunity.

My suggestion: bring specialy delicacy for M. She likes food. ha...ha...
Tell her you like her performance in XX drama or movie, have been her fans since XX age; tell her about your school and how long you have been living in Vanc; etc...
Don't forget to write a letter for her. Tell the same things, remind her take care of her health, or find a bf , or plus whatever you want to tell her. It's kinda love letter.

Joanne, you can have Maggie all for yourself in Vancouver   isn't that good! j/k, you might find other Maggie fans at the event, they may not be from this forum.

i think the banner should be in A3, A4 is too small. are you going to write just the word "Maggie" in the cardboard to hold up? A3 should be enough
